For people in Berkshire or the surrounding area who want to start individual therapy for themselves or their children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In today&#039;s digital age, many people have become accustomed to seeking psychological consultation online or over the phone. However, there is still great value in consulting directly with a psychologist. The psychological office I designed was created to help reduce the level of stress and promote confidentiality during the session, which is an essential element of free expression of emotions and establishing contact with one&#039;s inner self. This is especially beneficial for people struggling with anxiety or other mental health issues. The room has been designed to support the process of the therapeutic relationship and recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of children and adolescents, direct consultation, diagnosis and psychological therapy are particularly important. Young people often need a safe space where they can talk about their feelings without fear of judgment or consequences. The office is equipped with psychological tools that I use in therapeutic work with the youngest.
