RULES FOR ARRANGEING A PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSULTATION ONLINE.

To arrange an online consultation with a psychologist, go to the ONLINE RESERVATION tab and select an available consultation date. After selecting a date, you will be redirected to payment via PayPal. Payment is a necessary condition for confirmation and provision of the service.

RULES FOR CANCELLATION OF CONSULTATIONS.

Consultations can be canceled at any time up to 24 hours before the consultation. The full amount will be refunded to your account within 48 hours of reporting, unless you agree to change the consultation date. To do this, please contact the service provider by e-mail at: monika@psycholog-online.co.uk

Online meetings canceled within 24 hours before the consultation will not be refunded and the opportunity to benefit from the promotional price for the first consultation will be forfeited. The link to cancel the consultation is included in the e-mail confirming your reservation for a given date.
